Bricklaying

Our bricklayers are required to hold as a minimum a Bricklaying NVQ level 2. We expect all of our bricklayers to uphold all aspects of site Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety.

Site Operatives

We don't just have Bricklayers working on our sites. We have an array of trades working together to support our bricklayers ranging from Scaffolders, telehandler drivers, banksmen, general labourers and semi-skilled operatives.

Much of our training is done in house and job specific. All of our scaffolders and drivers are required to have the relevant CSCS card to their occupation.

Quantity Surveyor

Our Quantity Surveyors are involved in the procurement, programming, administration of bills of quantities, management and cost analysis of the project lifecycle. We rely on sound communication, a proactive approach and good negotiation skills to achieve a successful outcome.

Our QS's are required to undertake a minimum of 4 years training and obtain a qualification, usually at degree level in Quantity Surveying.

We have had a QS apprenticeship programme in place for many years and have a 100% pass rate!

Contracts Manager

Our Contracts Managers oversee projects from start through to completion ensuring that work is completed on time, in budget and to the highest quality.

Our Contracts Managers are all required to have over 3 year experience as a Site Manager, hold a valid CSCS Building Site Supervisor card NVQ 3 or above and have SMSTS.
